Hello all,

Is there a list of, or information of, City Mayors in the Ukraine, W,
Prussia, Volhynia region?  There was a Martin KISSER, bergermeister.  I
believe he was in Zhitomyr, not certain.  In 1906, He heard the men were to
be sent in the military & their families to Siberia.

He told his son, Julius & Natalia & their 2 sons, to get out of the country.
They escaped through Austria, under a load of hay, to America and to
southern Manitoba.

In the 1930's, Julius operated a flour mill in Tolstoi.

Any possibility that we can find Martin Kisser, the city mayor??
