[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Kautz/Redlich?/Schindel?

Since you mentioned immigrating to Canada in 1928, I looked at the the on-line
database of the Immigration Records (Passenger Lists) at Archives Canada.

I searched the database for the name  Kautz  and found an Arnold Kautz Age 4
arriving 1st September 1928 at Quebec.  Adolph Kautz Age 40, and Lydia Kautz
Age 35 are also shown arriving the same date and ship.  No other children

The Microfilm reel noted can be ordered through any public Library by way of
Inter Library Loan at no cost to you.

You will find Much more information on these Passenger Lists, including Place
of Birth, Name of nearest Relative from the Country you Came From, and the
Place and Date of Issue of Passport.
