Lutheran records are available on microfilm from 1800 to 1885.  You can 
find all the details at the SGGEE website on the page 
http://sggee.org/VolhynianLutheranArchives.html    The listed microfilms 
are all available through the Family History Centres of the LDS church.

In that list you can, for your purposes, ignore the listings for Kiev and 
Podolia.  You can also find extractions on line for the 1835+ years at 
http://sggee.org/Databases.html , Item #1.
