Further to my previous response, Gary Warner reminded me to check Kneifel's
book for more info. This book indicates that the pastor from Wyszogrod did
serve the Pultusk region. It is therefore possible that you will find info
in those church books which begin in 1826.

However, it is important to remember that these are CIVIL records so my
comments about checking the Catholic records in the Pultusk area still also
apply.

For example, my ancestors who lived at Kochanow, east of Lodz, have all
their vitals registered at the Gluchow Catholic Church prior to the
establishment of the Lutheran Church at nearby Rawa in 1828. The
confirmations of some of these people appear in the Ilow records. The
pastor at Ilow served this region during that time but those Ilow
confirmations are from actual German language parish records, NOT the
Polish language civil records. The Ilow German language parish records do
not show the b/m/d from Kochanow.

Not every situation is identical so I encourage you to check Wyszogrod but
I also encourage you to check the Catholic records as well.
