[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Help with translating....

  Is there someone of the list who would be able to give me some help in 
translating birth records from Grodziec and Borowiec in Konin? They are in 
Polish and I'm not getting anywhere with the online translators...I'm not 
sure if I am not transcribing the letters correctly or what could be wrong.
