Hello Hakim,

the village name "Andreburg" can be a verbal memory of the former
inhabitants. But in the most village listings and in the rare old documents
the names are written in Russian.
Are you know other village names of your Kwast family in the same region ?

If I read in the village list of STUMPP, I4m surprised or wondering, that he
write here only Russian names :
  name / gouvernment / parish
Andrejew / Gouvernement Kiew / Radomysl
  Andrejew / Tschernjachow / Shitomir
  Andrejewka / Tschernjachow / Shitomir
  Andrejewka / Wolodarsk / Heimthal
  Andrejewka Emiltschinskaja / Andrejewka I / Olewsk / Emiltschin
Andrejewka Suschtschanskaja / Andrejewka II / Olewsk / Emiltschin

An other way can be your search over the surname ..
For example, can it be, that the pastor had hear any birth informations
from his cantor in the village and wrote (in memory any days later) in
the church book : Kwast or Quast or Gast or Gust.

Please compare this entries. Are this members of your family ?
