[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Pommern to Polish villages

Can someone tell me where to look for names of villages formerly in
Pommern and now part of Poland?
Pommern areas were Lauenburg, Rummelsburg, Stolp, Butow.  I know
once I had a site or something but now I can't find it.
Villages were:
Schimmerwitz in Lauenburg,
Alt Kolziglow, Seehof, Wolschewitz,
Niemietzke possibly in Butow or Rummelsburg,
