[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Info on Goldap, East Prussia

Dear List Members,

Has anyone out there obtained information from the city of Goldap, located in
the far north-east of Poland? This used to be East Prussia, and I don't think
the name has changed from German to Polish. I'm looking for birth records from
my father in the 1903 time period...Severin  Didrich or Witterman.  Don't know
what it might be listed under. Any addresses from that area would be of great
help.
