[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Lublin/Chelm travel

I'm planning an early October trip to the Lublin/Chelm area around Cycow to 
see where my parents and their families lived from the 1860s until WWII. Much 
of the area seems to have become Polesie National Park. Does anyone have any 
suggestions about renting a car/driver, accommodations in smaller towns outside 
of Lublin, or locations of Protestant parish records in the 
Lublin/Chelm/Wlodawa area? Thank you.
