I looked at http://www.archiwa.gov.pl/sezam/index.eng.html
and see 2 or 3  set of records (both Ewangelical and Civil) that are
microfilmed and these from early 1800's.    I don't know if the LDS
will be trying to film further records in the Chelm Archives.

It seems the only way to get information is to write directly to the
Chelm Archives.  There is an e-mail addresses shown, together with a
postal address shown on the detailed search page.
