[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] LOCATIONS NEEDED

Guenther is correct about these locations. However, Justin responded to me
privately indicating that he thought these places would be in Russian
Poland. The Kartenmeister site is excellent but it only covers Prussian
regions, not Russian Poland.

As for Eichdorf and Veronika, I can only find them in Prussia. Since
Kartenmeister requires exact spellings, you may have to search for
Weronika, or use wildcards to find it.

Leschin / Leszczyn is only found in Prussia but there is a Leszczyny and
Leszcze in Russian Poland where Germans are recorded as living so you may
need extra documentation to prove which it was.

Lipowiec is a somewhat common place name throughout Poland and there are at
least 2 in Russian Poland where Germans lived.

So as Guenther suggests, you may need to concentrate on Prussia but keep an
open mind about the other possibilities as well and try to find some
additional info that will help to connect these places to a larger region
or parish so that you can identify them with greater certainty.
