[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Redlich research

Greetings,

I believe that Edward Redlich may have been born in Lutz, Volhynia on July
20, 1854 and died on September 17, 1913 in Bigger Saskatchewan.  I am
uncertain of the spelling of Lutz in Volhynia.  Can anyone suggest a
database that I could search to find this man and others in his family?  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Best regards
