UWE: Thank you for this wonderful information. This helps explain why I
was unable to obtain an inventory listing from the EZA. In July 2000 I was
in Berlin and went to the EZA when they were located near the Zoo, just
prior to them moving to their new quarters. One of the Librarians showed
me an inventory listing for the Dobriner Land, but would not permit me to
copy it. Nor would she satisfactorily explain why this was not possible,
other than to refer to "our policy." Due to the forthcoming weekend and
other travel plans, I was not able to pursue the issue. As I remember, the
list was an original typed document extending for about 10 pages. It was
apparent that the EZA possesses a great deal of resource information on the
Dobriner Land.

Again, many thanks for your insights.
