[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Server is back up

To all,

The server is back up and running.  We had a one hour power outage where 
the server is located, and it took nearly an executive order to get someone 
to re-boot the telephone company Internet service before normal working 
hours.  System was down from Saturday about 7:45 am Pacific Daylight time 
to Sunday about 1:30 pm PDT
