[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Trying to read place names

Dear con-researchers,

At my researches I have discovered two documents at which I have difficulties to read or to find the place name; however, it could be also a problem of my Polish knowledge.
Could someone help me to read or even to figure out these two places? I would send you a scan of it because I have more or less arrived at a dead point.
