I have found the best way to send money to anyone in the world is by using
PayPal. If they have an email address it is safe and quick and very
inexpensive. Just go to www.paypal.com and at the home page read the
instructions. It is very simple. Once you register with PayPal, which is about
a 3 day process to verify your name, address, etc, it is very easy after that.
