[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Zhitomir Archives Research - seeking researcher

Does anyone know of anyone that does research in the Zhitomir Archives?  
I would like someone that is reliable and has a good reputation.  I have
used Blitz for St. Petersburg Archives and I was not impressed with them
whatsoever, and would never recommend them to anyone.    C. Kautz
