Hi Dwayne.  I don't think you will find this place on my maps.  Your 
ancestor was almost certainly born in Lithuania.

You will find Brzhezinya in Lithuania at N55/23 E23/12.  Close by is 
Perkuviskes, the Gubernia name, at N55/22 E23/14.
