The Familie Schliep(er) was a well known early West Prussia German family that was often village heads (schultz) in Kr. Deutsch Krone and Kr. Flatow West Prussia. The Deutsch Geschlecturbuch has a big genealogy of this family in Band (Volume) 78 starting about page 400.
DGB is on microfilm from the Mormon Family History Centers but I am not sure how to get a copy in Estonia. There are paper copies in Salt Lake City and the Newberry Library in Chicago.
