[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Scharfrichterknecht Google search

I think in Germany an ABDECKER is the guy who kills the very old horses, 
wich is unable to work  an a farm  - or in other words: a butcher 
especially for horses.
Another german word is PFERDESCHLAECHTER !
