[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] POLISH DIACRITIC " L" EQUIVALENT INRUSSIAN

Already in Polish pronountiation is a real problem to me. The only solution 
I found for this were the IPA-Extensions of PAF. They helped me to 
understand, that e.g. the german SCHUR is identical to the polish SCHŁAR. 
Soundex does´nt help at all.
