Hi Robert,

If you are looking for the marriage record of Johann N. and Rosine Koenig, 
(About 1820), it might be in the Gabin Catholic records.  Rosine came from a 
village associated with Gabin and they probably would have married in her 
'parish', albeit Catholic at that time.
