Luzk is definitely in Volhynia and would have been part of Poland
between the 2 World Wars (Russia before that, Ukraine after).
 
There are several Josephino or similar within the Luzk region but
none that I can find near Politz. What is the source of your
information? Do you have any other clues that might help pinpoint it?
