Mike,

I personally have not looked at this film.  Sounds like there are two 
"books" for the year 1857.  I have seen two books for the same year in the 
Gostynin records also written in differenet handwriting.  I believe one is 
the orginal and other a duplicate copy, both found in the Archives.
Quite often I have seen the handwritten pages cut out from these church 
books.
