[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Brick wall

Several years ago I hit a brick wall trying to document the Usteen Colony in
Poland. I now believe it could have been a Gostyn Colony.  If someone has
done some genealogy research in that area, I would enjoy hearing from them.
I am in particular searching the ancestrial trail of August Riemer who lived
near Zagorow, Poland  and died from a railroad accident in "Poland". Thaks,
