Leo,
there are two villages Stary Kornin and 6 km northwest of it Szczyty 
(resp. its neighboring parts Szczyty Dzieciolowo and Szczyty Nowodwory) 
in the Hajnowski powiat, Podlaskie Wojewodztwo.

Sounds like "of fifteenth" = pietnastego (day of marriage).
