Google Books has digitized: Stanislaw Zaleski, "O
masonii w Polsce, od roku 1738 do 1822: na
zródłach wyłạcznie
masońskich," (Cracow: 1908). See
<http://books.google.com/books?vid=0GtKm-thuihcq5i_SzFUXPu&id=714pqFaLVjIC&pg=RA1-PA218&dq=plock+lange+lipno>

Pp. 218-219 have information in German relating to the
membership in 1820 of the St. Johannis Masonic Lodge
in Plock. The lodge seems to have been
German-speaking and to have had a membership that was
predominantly ethnically German.

Of particular interest to some here may be inclusion
in the list of Daniel Lange, Grade 3 Mason,
"Kaufmann," Gombin.

A note on the date: the list is dated 5821, which
reflects the calendar style of the Ancient Craft
Masons. See
<http://www.constantine13.org/calendar.htm>. The book
seems to indicate the lodge was organized on 14 June
1816.

P. 216-217 have information on a separate Masonic
Lodge in Plock. The names on that membership list
appear to be entirely Polish, which is the basis of my
supposing the St. Johannis Lodge catered to the
Germans in the area. However, my command of German is
rudimentary at best. Others may note points of
interest in the list that I have overlooked.
