Earl's comments on Journals organized in chronological order directed  
my attention to a matter I pay little attention to.
With ever larger capacity Hard-Drives in computers, things just get  
lost in there.
My computer somehow also generates double amounts of hard-copy paper  
work ?
Genealogy is the ultimate test. . .

I use a Mac with Operating System 10.4.8.
It contains "Spotlight" and "Widgits"

Spotlight searches every memory storage device in or connected to the  
computer.
I just type in    Journal.pdf
The search returns every Journal.pdf in chronological order (with  
their location) present in my connected hard-drives.
	The Widgets are On/Off desktop mini-devices for weather, moon phases  
or whatever...

For users of "Microsoft Windows"  You can do it also.
Google makes available their FREE counterparts for Windows XP or  
Windows 2000 SP 3+
They are named "Google Desktop" (for Search)  and (Google Gadgets".  
(for Widgits)
