Hi Ruth.

I don't know of a specific group that serves the Baltic 
States.  There is a Rootsweb mailing list that focuses on Lithuania 
and you can probably get additional help there.  Info is at 
http://lists.rootsweb.com/index/intl/LTU/LITHUANIA.html .  Browse 
through the archives first as you may find recommendations for 
websites as well.
