I think this speech is also known in English:

"Der Mensch dachte und Gott lachte".

Even I am not god, I also see the world with humor - laugh about things I do 
myself!
I don´t need to worry because fortunately nobody is 100% correct. Those who 
try to, become "Squareheads".
My results are the summary of my considerations. As I know myself rather

Sitting here, preparing a copy of the "geser.txt" for transfer into PAF, I 
see the differences regarding the "German Umlauts" between this text and the 
original in the APG Band 30. It seems to me, that the author had used a 70 
years old typewriter, that only provides US-ASCII. Reading the name 
SCHÜSSLER (Schüßler) makes me wonder for what reason a polish "urzadnik 
stanu cywilnego" ruined this name into SCHEISSLER? Was this the summary of 
his considerations?
