[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Place-names in Russia.

Wulka is alternatively spelled Wolka on some maps.  There is at least one other where Germans lived north of Rowno, east of Derazno on the south side of the Horyn River.  Some other locations also use Wulka as a prefix to a longer name.
