[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Changes to our mailing list

Some of you may have noted that some messages coming in recently had 
valid subject lines but no text in the message.  One of the systems 
we have been using to protect against viruses was stripping this text 
even though no virus was applicable.

I have made some changes to our settings in an effort to resolve this 
problem.  There should be no change to the protection we offer by 
doing this but it is possible that we may see some messages with 
gibberish text.  If that happens frequently we may have to revert to 
the original settings but I would like to try this new setup for now.

Though we do not anticipate any problems with the new settings, we 
would remind you to keep and maintain a reliable virus protection 
system on your personal computer for this and other potential problems.

If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to me 
personally rather than through the list.
