Frank,

I believe you may be referring to Debina / Debina Hauland (Holendry) / Eich Hauland which is about 10 kilometers North West of Dabie. (the coordinates are different). Or about 1-2 kilometers NE of Rzuchow. It appears this village does not exist any more.

I have done a lot of work in the early Wladyslawow records (1795 to about 1825) and many variations of spelling are shown. It is not pretty.

Whether Debina Hol. and Eich Hol. are one and same, I cannot say for sure, but extractions of records seems to indicate this. I have a copy of the Gilley Map (1801 or 1805?) which shows two dots beside the name Debina Hol. One of these dots could be for Eich Hol.

I have two questions concerning locations:
  1. Can it be that all these names are describing one and the same location: Debina, Debine, Debiny, Debiny Hol., Dembin, Denbina, Dembine, Hauland Dembina, Hauland Dembine, Hol. Dembina and Hol. Dembine? Is that village now-a-days called Debina and has the coordinates 521728N and 185427E?
  2. I cannot find Eichhauland or Eichholland anywhere. Can it be that those two are also names for Debina?
