[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Roll Call - correction on HOPPE

Oops. I made a mistake in one of the locations I listed for HOPPE and
TOBER. Instead of "South Dakota", it was North Dakota. The families
settled in Fessenden, Wells County, North Dakota in about 1929. They
emmigrated from the Ukraine in 1926 and went to Mexico. From there they
immigrated into the United States in 1929.
