the name may have changed but the soup is the same like 'Klütersuppe' in 
northern Brandenburg (Priegnitz & Uckermark):

> Klütersuppe
> 1 ½ l Milch, etwas Salz und einen Teelöffel Zucker aufkochen. 200g 
> Mehl mit wenig Salz und einem Teelöffel mischen, mit einem Ei zu einer 
> krümeligen Masse verarbeiten und in die kochende Milch streuen. 
> Langsam kochen. Die Suppe schmeckt auch ohne Zucker sehr gut.
