For German language readers, some of you may find this book of help. I
found my surname in the index. It is available through various booksellers
on BOOKFINDER.COM. It’s a little pricey at about 100.00, but looks to be
of great help for East Prussian researchers.

We appreciate the reference book notice. My German is not super, but, if it
will help me in my family research, it would be worth it to me. Might it
have my surname in it? That would be Pessarra, Pesarra, Pessarra, Pesara,
Pesharra, Peshara, or Pesarovius. My grandfather came from Loetzen, East
Prussia, now Gizycko, Poland.
