Hello Don... the report I'm refering to was an analysis completed by a graduate student studying for either his Masters or PhD. The?Hughes library is unfortunately off limits for anyone without a military security clearance. If I can remember, next time?I'm in Washington at DIA, I'll try to look it up again and make a note of the title, etc. The document is unclassified although I'm not sure of the copyright issues were I to try and photocopy portions of it.?Graduate study dissertations typically remain "unpublished" and out of the mainstream?printed media.
