The records that are online for US ports (via Ancestry, Find My Past, TSL 
etc) also came up negative for this family.  As a general rule for my 
family, they seemed to come to Canada without the US connection, for 
whatever reason.
So I  am now again  concentrating on the Canadian entry lists, page by page, 
ship by ship.  I've been fairly "lucky" in locating them, after much 
diligence and eye strain, and creative spelling!! However this last group to 
leave Russia and they are very elusive in my efforts.

The 1916 Cdn Census will  help when it is finally released but I would like 
to get this last group of my family found before that happens.
