Greetings,
Could this be a name error? Emil Richter and his wife, Amalia (sister to my grandfather,Adam Scheibler), came to E. Selkirk in April 1902 via CPR from Halifax, aboard the SS1Numidan -out of Liverpool,England.
Would this be of any help?
