[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Mantay and Driesner families

Hi there,

I'm also a new member of the list and are seeking for my grandgrandfather,
but they born
after 1895. My grandgrandmother born in Prascoff, Volhynia, but my
grandgrandfather in
Pullin, Oletzko.

So, my questions goes in direction to try to find his married and birth
doc's after that date,
asking you some guidance on where to seek information about that region in
the early
1900's (1898 for him and 1901 for her).
