According to http://www.kartenmeister.com , Seemen is today known as Samin (N53/28 E20/03) and Gilgenburg as Dobrowo (N53/26 E20/02).  Note the correct spellings if you want to look them up there.

I don't know about record availability but these current names should help you to search for what is available on the LDS Family History website.
