I also had a great aunt (Bertha nee Mantei/Manthey etc.) who lived in Waldeck,Saskatchewan. I know very little about her family but her spouse,Johan Oswald, was from the Steinbach area (Friedensfeld) and then they moved to Waldeck in the 1930's. Waldeck is very close to Swift Current so there may some kind of family connection with the Mantei's John Marsch mentioned.  Regards Robert Norenberg
