[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] HELP with searching Russian Poland Web Map Index

I'm trying to use the search for this index to find all villages starting
with M. I followed the hint exactly ^M in the place name blank and checked
case sensitive/advance search button. It returns no results. I used this
page before with success. Can someone tell me what's wrong? I'm using IE
8.0.6001.1894
