 I have read their records on Microfilm : Evang. goes back to 1700's , Catholic to 1600's . What are your name ??

Also maybe in  interest to others , why are there so many places called  Bydgoszcz in the country of Poland ?? What does it mean ??

Has anyone researched records for Chelmno county area, in Poland?
I'm interested on this area, mainly in Bydgoszcz city.

I am planning a tour of Poland later this year.  I want to rent a car in Warsaw

and visit Wloclawek, Plock, Lodz, and the former East Prussia (Szczytno).  I will
