On this new google page, look for the option (bottom of screen) "Translate
a Web Page" (or "Webseite übersetzen).
 
Go back to the window that has the foreign language website.  Highlight
and copy (right click, copy), then go back to the google window, and
paste over the box below "Translate a Web Page".


My apologies.  I goofed.  In the second paragraph, where I say "highlight and copy",
I should have said:

Highlight and copy its URL (or “Uniform Resource Locator”, the address of 
a web page on the World Wide Web) (right click, copy),
