Actually, in old Gothic German script, the L and B are very similar., in reference to Lethausen or Bethausen.

I have searched all my hard copy maps as well and have come up with a 
blank on this place name. Either the location was short-lived or the 
name changed to something else. 

I've noticed that Leona's listing for Urwichwost makes a side reference 
to Ypba but I could not find anything like that either.
