[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Browsing St. Petersburg records on LDS records search website

Arnold is correct that the St. Petersburg records appear to be indexed in the links given on the site for Russian births, deaths, and marriages, but the index is woefully inadequate compared to the Odessa site, and very incomplete. Worse, there is no link to actual films. One used to be able to browse the films and, using information gained from the Odessa or SGGEE index, find the film record pages. This is no longer available, which is a HUGE loss, as most of us cannot afford to keep these films in our local LDS library.
I have written a note to the record search pilot website folks and hope they reply with some clarification.
