I have received a reply from familysearch.org about where to browse the St. Petersburg Archives films. Here is what they replied:

"The church records are temporarily removed from these sites.  They are being migrated to h
ttps://fsbeta.familysearch.org
They will be back up before the end of the year.  Keep checking the beta site."
In order to use the beta site mentioned here, one must register. There is no fee. However, I am disappointed that the films will not be available for at least six months. That is a long time to have them out of access.
