[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Contents of Ger-Poland-Volhynia Digest, Vol 86, Issue 21

My almost immediate first thoughts regarding "Kracon" were that it was a mis-spelling of the name "Krackow", which, I believe,  is in the Ukraine.
