Rosella,

I am not sure if we can help, but if we can, it will be only if you can 
give us some more data.   If you do not know the exact answers to the 
questions below, then give approximate answers.

1.   Who were Christena's parents?

2.   When was Christena born?

3.   When were Christena's siblings born?

4.   Are you sure that Kate and Catherine were different siblings?   
Both are the same name root.

5.   Do you know if Christena had any brothers or uncles who came to 
Canada or the USA?   If so, what were there names and years of birth?   
I am not sure if females in the early 1900s got naturalized separately 
form their husbands.   If they did, then a petition for naturalization 
would give the correct spelling of her surname, and the names of her 
parents, and where she was born.

One thing you need to keep in mind is if you cannot find data on your 
direct ancestors, then sometimes you can break down the walls if you 
find out more about the siblings.
